All users of this site agree that access to and the use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Refund Policy:
No refunds for private party field charges that are cancelled 48 hours prior to the reserved date and time. All refunds are subject to 15 per cent charge to cover credit card handling costs and processing. Or, you may reschedule your private party or receive paintball credit for 100% of your private party field charge and play with the general public if too many guests cancelled at the last minute.
No refunds for registration fees for pre-registered events such as big games and tournaments. However, if you purchased one or more cases of paintballs for the event early, you would be able to pick up your paintballs at a later date.

Our Site includes links to the Manufacturers’ Web sites and a Paintball Gun Manuals site which Mike’s Paintball has no control over these linked sites. Credit Card Handling Policy:
Your credit card information is passed directly to the credit card processor and will not be saved for your safety. Your other information, such as your name, address, and email address are saved so we can ship your items and contact you. If you create an account we will also save this information for your later convenience on future orders and promotional emails.
Your information will never be given to any Third-Party and is secure on our server.

Harassment in any manner or form on this site, including e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Mike’s Paintball or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publicize through this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive illegal, or otherwise objectionable with may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party of which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Chargeback Disclaimer:
Mike’s Paintball, LLC is committed to providing excellent customer service, and we encourage customers to contact our customer service department prior to filing a credit card chargeback when there is a conflict or issue. A chargeback is defined as a dispute to a charge or request to have a charge reversed. We encourage our customers to contact our customer service department prior to filing a chargeback because we are confident that we can resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. Please be aware that chargebacks are not meant to be used as a substitute for directly contacting Mike’s Paintball, LLC to resolve any questions or issues you might have. Unwarranted chargebacks result in substantial expenses for our company, and for every frivolous chargeback initiated by a customer, the customer will be charged a $25.00 processing fee. This processing fee will be deducted from the final credit the customer will receive, if and when a credit is due. A frivolous chargeback is defined as a chargeback in which a customer’s credit card company or bank rules the outcome of the chargeback case in our favor.
RETAIL STORE’S WARRANTIES
Service And Support:
We provide service and support for most products we sell in our retail store. We are authorized dealers for Tippman, Empire, Planet Eclipse, DYE Precision, NINJA Paintball, Virtue Paintball, Gen X Global, Exalt, Custom Products, Inception Designs, GoG Paintball, HK Army, Enola Gaye, Redbull, and Valken.
Retail Store’s Returns:
Mike’s Paintball can only accept returns on merchandise purchase in our retail store if:
– The item taken in for return must be brand new, factory sealed and unused.
– There are no returns on any Paintballs or Special Order Items
– Returns must be received within 30 DAYS of making your purchase.
– The 120 Day Free Field Pass must be returned.
– The 1 Day Free Field Pass (given with every new mask purchase) must be returned. If the 1Day Free Field Pass is not returned a $15.00 “Usage Fee” will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranties:
Most of the products we carry have a manufacturer’s warranty of some kind. They vary in length from 30 days to 1 year. One company even has a limited lifetime warranty on its products. Mike’s Paintball LLC does not provide its own warranties. Mike’s Paintball can do limited warranty work on some of the products we offer. All other warranty repairs will be provided by the manufacturer of the product. If your product is in need of service, please contact us and we can direct you to contact the manufacture if we are unable to directly provide service.
If you need to send in your product to the manufacturer, you are responsible for all shipping charges.
Here is a list of the vendor and manufacturers we work with. If you have a defective product, please contact the appropriate vendor or manufacturer instruction on how to return the product to them.

Mike’s Paintball, LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Mike’s Paintball, LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Typographical Errors:
In the event that a Mike’s Paintball product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mike’s Paintball reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mike’s Paintball reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mike’s Paintball shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the correct price.
